Dogease was started in October 2005 out of a desire to spend more time with dogs!
Susie gave up a highly technical and stressful job in the clothing industry to fulfill her dream.
Before she took the plunge Susie gained a 'Certificate of Completion' from Massey University for 'Principles of Canine Behavior in 2001. In 2003 Susie started providing dog training classes in Devonport on a small scale. In 2004 she gained a Certificate of Proficiency from Unitec for 'Applied Canine Behavior'.
Susie was a founding member of the Association of Pet Dog Trainers in New Zealand, an organization dedicated to enhancing the relationship between people and dogs through education.
Susie attends seminars, workshops and conferences where ever she can to keep up with the latest developments in the 'world of dogs":
